First, observe the image carefully and try to take a mental note of all the cars.
If you steer your eyes to the top right section of the picture, you will see the white car's is exhaust leaking smoke due to engine failure – that is the first mistake.
Now, if you pan your eyes down to the bottom right section, you will see another driver who has parked the car over the white bay lines – that is the second mistake.
Finally, if you look at the centre of the image, you will see a one driver has left tyre marks on the tarmac after driving too fast – that is the final mistake.
